2 How to purchase ABC’s gift card
You can select and purchase the gift card of your choice directly from any of ABC Department Store’s Cash Desks, or online.
Five basic amounts are available in store:
75,000; 100,000; 150,000; 225,000; and 300,000 LBP
For customized denominations, please proceed to any ABC customer service desk, and fill out a special request form at any customer service desk. Your card will be ready within 48 hours after submitting your request.
3 How to use the gift card
The card may be presented for full or partial payment of merchandise purchased from all ABC branches.
The amount of any purchase will be automatically deducted from the balance on the card.
The card cannot be redeemed via telephone, mail order, or internet

Select one of the designs from our collection and choose the amount you would like to offer
5 Check your balance
The outstanding balance will be displayed at the bottom of your receipt.
The gift card balance may also be checked in store or online at www.abc.com.lb
6 Terms & conditions
The gift card cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other vouchers.
Once issued, ABC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
Refund on items purchased with a gift card will be made in accordance with the exchange policy of the store purchased from.
