RECRUITING PROCESS

The following guide serves to define every step of ABC’s hiring process, from your application to your offer.

    APPLICATION

    The recruitment process normally starts when you Apply online and register your personal profile. When registered, you can log in directly, apply for a job and/or update your profile information.

    The candidates who best match the criteria for the position will move on to the next step in the hiring process: the interview.

    INTERVIEW

    The interviewing process may include a telephone interview or directly a one-on-one onsite interview with our recruiters.

    Once you successfully pass your first interview, you will be invited for additional interview(s) and/or panel interview(s) with the line and hiring managers.

    The primary purpose of the interview process is to assess your technical and cultural fit and serves you to learn more about ABC and the job. It may include:

        - Telephone interview(s)
        - Group interview(s)
        - One-on-one interview(s)
        - Panel interview(s)

    ASSESSMENT TEST

    Depending on the type of job, skills and competencies required, shortlisted candidates may be asked to undergo assessment tests, psychometric tests, simulation exercises or a trial period to help identify their skills and suitability.

    REFERENCE CHECK

    Our recruiters will contact your previous employer(s) to learn more about your work and performance history. Therefore, prepare a list of two or three professional references, former managers in particular.

    JOB OFFER

    If you have successfully passed previous steps, you will be contacted by our recruiters who will give you a job offer and detailed information on recruitment formalities prior to your employment.

    TURNAROUND TIME

    The time required for the selection and interview stages may vary from a few days to several weeks, depending on the position and the number of applicants.

    Our team of recruiters knows how important it is for you to have an answer in a reasonable time frame. Thus, they will make every effort to get back to you shortly. However, due to the large number of applications we receive every day, we are unfortunately unable to process them all.

    UNSUCCESSFUL APPLICATIONS

    Unsuccessful candidates will be advised by email. You are, however, welcome to apply for other positions in ABC.
